Guidelines and Expectations for 2018 Tampa Tango Festathon Vendors

 
  • Vending Time begins at 9pm on Friday November 23rd and ends at Sunday November 25th at the close of the milonga (approximately 1am)

  • Vendors must arrive to The Hip Room to set up between 6pm and 8pm on Friday; Vendors will NOT be allowed to set-up once the event begins at 9pm

  • Product display can be no more than 12’ of linear space and 4’ wide

    • Shoe Vendors: No more than two 6’ banquet-style tables

    • Clothing Vendors: 2 racks; 2 tables; or 1 rack and 1 table, up to 12’ total

  • Bring your own tables, coverings, specialty lights, extension cords, racks, etc

  • Vendor Fee is $75 per attendee; no more than 2 attendees per vendor
